Breathwork Sessions
Monday 22nd September - Monday 13th October
These sessions will explore different breathwork tips, tricks and
techniques that you can use in your daily life. The primary focus being
on stress reduction and deep relaxation for the improvement of health
and well-being. This is a 4-week programme.
Please bring: A mat to lie on; a throw or blanket for over you when
lying down; something to raise and support your head a little like a
cushion or rolled up jumper; if you have an eye mask, I'd recommend
you bring that too as it helps to quieten the senses further still; some
water for rehydration afterwards.
